Rodney the technican was very good!!!He spent the better part of an hour and a half answering all of my questions as well as actually inspecting my home. He was very knowledgable with my situation and for that I was ever so grateful. He was able to keep my level of insanity to a minimum. I would highly recommend Rodney.

This company was professional and considerate from beginning to end. The young lady that initially reached out to me via phone within just a few short minutes, as a result of my inquiry was so kind and accommodating. Rodney did a thorough inspection and provided an honest and fair quote. He explained the process from start to finish. He was such a kind gentleman, which was much appreciated. Isaac was fantastic! I can't say enough about his professional and kind demeanor. He also explained everything from start to finish and was very accommodating. He did a great job! Although I hope to never see these people again (under these circumstances anyway), I would highly recommend their services if you need them. 5+ Stars!

Our rent house was treated for bed bugs. They gave us a reasonable price for the job compared to the other two companies we got quotes from, and treated the entire house with heat and chemicals. So far, we haven't seen any bed bugs since the treatment, so I give them a thumbs up.

Rodney was incredible, I found a lot of bites on my legs our pest service place said some bugs they saw looked like bed bugs. I called around for better offers found this company, they had best prices and warranty. Rodney was super patient and helpful with all questions on the phone I had and he went above and beyond coming as his work day ended(on a Saturday to be specific) to inspect so we could possibly get treatment done the next Monday. He inspected(he had pictures thoroughly looked through everything unlike our previous inspection with a different company) and showed us we didn’t have bed bugs, gave us his opinion on what my bites were saving us from wasting money after a different company didn’t do a good job inspecting. If you need to get pest servicing done go with this place you will be in good honest hands that will put your best interests first. And that is important for pest servicing because in my search for pest control for our house I had one company try to lead me on with weird language and “discounts” designed to make you feel special while charging double and another fail us with their inspection.

They showed up the very next day and took care of the issue. Everything happened exactly as they told me it would. So far it seems like the problem was dealt with but I did get the six month guarantee just incase. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a pest or bug issue.

I highly recommend Heat Pest Services. They arrived when they said they would. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They stayed on site until the entire job was finished. I received their phone number from a friend. I had tried several methods to get rid of the bugs in my house to no avail. Their inspector came out and thoroughly inspected my home and gave me a quote. We decided upon a date. They came out on that date, which has now been two months ago. We haven't had a problem since then ~ no more bed bugs or any other bugs for that matter! These people are very professional and courteous! I highly recommend them.

Having received a quote from another company that I did not feel comfortable with, my daughter and I set out to find another source. Independently we both called these folks at heat pest. They fully explained their services over the phone and gave us at estimate which turned out to be accurate. They came when they said they would, the technician was clean, neat, polite and professional. They saved furniture the first company said needed to be destroyed, they charged $10 a bag to treat small items, the other company charge $50 a bag for the same thing. They completed their task and I was able to reuse my home in a third of the time The previous folks quoted. I can’t imagine anything better than my heat past experience.

This company and its worker are the personification of professionals . They were prompt, courteous and thorough. They did a complete examination of the house. Explained the process completely and arrived early to do the job. Upon completion, I was given complete instructions on what I could and couldn’t do. I don’t want to have to use this service again, but if I do I will use this company. Lucas Walters was an expert at his job. I am very pleased with the service I received.
